When synchronizing offline folders and subfolders folders dont a

When we set up Offline folders and subfolders for synchronization, the
content of folders and subfolders appear on the shortcut folder. This gets
very confusing because the content of all subfolders are mixed together.
What can we do so; subfolders also appear on the shortcut folder?
