The Windows ICS is fixed in the IP address that it assigns. There is no way
that I know of to change that. So there is no way to run two different
Internet connected computer on a single LAN, and be able to share both
connections. I am sure that this is only a Windows ICS limitation; you
could probably find some third party ICS application which will do what you
want.
