transferring folders

I have created folders in my Media 10 Player. How do I transfer my playlists
to the different folders and then sync them to my Zen Nano MP3 player? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

This question would probably be better asked in a Windows Mediaplayer
newsgroup rather than in a Networking newsgroup.
