Default How to change the firewall setting

Hi,

I have two questions:
1. There are two places in XP that control File and Printer sharing. One is
in the properties of Local Area Connection, and the other one is in Firewall
setting. Which one takes effect?

2. After I install Windows XP, the file and printer sharing in firewall
under Exceptions tab is unselected by default. How can I set all computers in
my domain with file and printer sharing? Using Group Policy? How to?

Any help will be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Lisa

drag the administrator folder to the shared folder and every user is going to
be able to see this folder, now if a program drag the icon to the shared
folder to share the program
