Network Agent missing

Hi, I have a problem,
I get an error message when starting the computer that
Windows can not connect to the Network Agent and that the
program will close.
I searched for a Network Agent? No idea what they are
talking about. It happened right after I reinstalled
Windows XP Home editition. The wireless network is
working fine.
