Default VPN Access to XP

I used to use dialup networking to connect to my office pc and then connect
to my data with \\192.168.0.1\data

I now have broadband both ends and a Netgear vpn router at the office, I use
the Netgear software to connect my remote pc to the office network. I can
ping my pc but when I enter \\192.168.0.1\data I get "The network path was
not found".

I can access the share from any pc on the lan. I can also remotely connect
to a share on a win2003 server but I can't connect to my pc.

Any assistance appreciated.
