Wine 20031212 on rh8 problem - Cannot open AVI

Hi,
I want to run some win32 programm, which on some actions displays
animation like FindFile. At that action programm display error message
'Cannot open AVI'.
I have downloaded a winecfg-051503-final from sf.net and it not help

Is there any way to run this prog or other progs that display win32
sytem animation?
