Default FS: Morgan Cutaway (capo neck fretboard frets nut)

Morgan Acoustic Guitar
Cutaway C Florentine "The Sarah" Model 2001
15 ¾ lower bout
11 5/16 upper bout
1 ¾ at the nut
4 3/16 deep

This instrument shows just light wear and a few tiny flaws to the top,
a few tiny marks on the back and sides and a few capo marks on the
neck.
I have owned this instrument since October 2001 and it was purchased
new. Morgans are made in British Columbia by a luthier who studied and
worked with Jean Larrivee. This instrument, I am told, was assembled
at the Larrivee guitar plant.
This instrument has Indian Rosewood back and sides, a Sitka Spruce
top; Koa binding outlined in blue, a sparkling abalone rosette, the
Morgan Logo in Mother of Pearl, and mother of pearl fretboard markers
on frets 5,7,9,12,15.
It has an ebony bridge and fretboard. The fretboard is bound in a
white ivoroid material. It has Morgan tuners, which are the most
responsive tuners on any guitar I own, smoother than Shallers or
Grovers.
This guitar comes with a Fishman Matrix under the saddle piezo
pick-up.
I have the guitar strung with light gauge phosphorus bronze strings.
The action is like butter on this instrument.
I have used this guitar at gigs. It has a nice even tone and is
wonderful for either finger style or flatpicking. I primarily play
fingerstyle Celtic music in DADGAD or DGDGBD tunings and it holds
these tunings well. This instrument comes enclosed in a plush hard
shell case.

Photos available

There is a new one now on EBAY with a buy it now for $3000.
I am asking $1900. Shipping extra.

Thanks
