I've got a *beautiful* old Kent (one of the Hagstroms) with pointy
cutaways on a semi-hollow body. Would work well for the task at hand.
Will Sell Cheap.

That's really too bad. Buying a new home should be a major positive
experience.
In my neck of the woods, it certainly has been a seller's market. I
know there's a lot of emotion involved.
I also know how a GOOD real estate broker (I'm married to one) can make
a difference. Very often I tell her she should bill by the 50-minute hour.
