Default 20-75 by WILLIE MITCHELL-? sax player (player brother)

From the following list;

"20-75" took it's title from the record number [Hi 2075]. Mitchell's rhythm
section consisted of, Al Jackson or Howard Grimes on drums, (Al Jackson later
joined Booker T at Stax's, it is known that at times he still played for
Mitchell) Bobby Eammons-organ, Reggie Young-guitar, Tommy Cogsbill-bass. Horn
players Andrew Love-sax, Ben Cawley, Charles Charmers-sax, his brother; James
Mitchell-sax, Gene Miller and Wayne Jackson-trumpet.

Can anyone tell me what instrument Ben Cawley and Gene Miller played?

Thanks

Ben Cawley played Trumpet, Flugel Horn.

Gene Miller was also a trumpet player often associated with Mar-Keys' horns.
Eg- The Otis Redding record with Packy Axton the tenor sax player.
You might check with saxist Bill Easly if you
need more info John because I know Bill was on pretty many Memphis horn dates
with Ben Cawley.
Have a great holiday John

Thanks to all again. If anyone wants an updated list let me know. We continue
to fill in the names and the songs!

By the way Harry Haller, are you the same one?

HARLEM NOCTURNE-VISCOUNTS HARRY HALLER TENOR

This instrumental group was from New Jersey and included tenor saxophonist
Harry Haller, guitarist Bobby Spievak, organist Larry Vecchio, bassist Joe
Spievak, and drummer Clark Smith. They scored one hit in 1960, a nicely done
version of "Harlem Nocturne" for Madison. This was a standard "must know"
instrumental for just about every sax player in that era and can still be heard
today as some of the "oldie" bands continue to bring the music of the past to
the dance floor.

Discography:

1960 The Viscounts-Madison
1965 Harlem Nocturne-Amy

If so, PLEASE drop me a line. I want to add you to the book!
