Default Saving Gigasampler "gigs?

Easy, if you own GigaStudio. The included GigaStudio Editor will do it -
simply open up the desired gig file, then right click on the waveform of
choice in the bottom left, and choose the appropriate export option.

If you don't own GigaStudio, you could probably do it with a variety of 3rd
party programs, such as Chicken Systems Translator (which isn't the best of
programs, IMO), and Awave.

I believe you can open them up in Halion, and then save them into Halion
format, which will extract all the various files.
