Murphy and somewhere to climb.

Hi all

You may or may not have seen pics of Murphy and his clothes horse or heard
about the lack of good cat furniture here in the UK but yesterday I ordered
a climbing thing for him from a site that charges in dollars but I think has
a branch in the UK. Here's the link to a pic of what I've got him...

quite what I would have liked but I am limited for space and it doesn't look
like it takes up much floor space. I already have a Cat Fiesta Cat Ranch
thingy but it's only window sill height. I'm hoping it's good and study, it
cost $140 (free shipping) which worked out to £82 thanks to the favourable
rate of exchange, (for me). You can put the house bit wherever you want, I
thought I'd try it at the top, I hope he likes it.

I like it! Oliver has something similar and we put the cubby on top.
He is "Lord Of All He Surveys" up there! :-)

I like yours better because it has sisal all the way up. Ours is 1/2
carpet, 1/2 sisal. Oliver loves scratching the sisal but is lukewarm to
the carpet.

Yes, take a look at the photos Rachel posted to
alt.binaries.pictures.animals (especially the last photo). He's a true
gymnast. We need him on the U.S. Olympic team -- and if he's not a citizen,
we need to make him one so he can join the team!

Hi Rachel, thanks for the URL for this neat cat furniture site! I'm kinda
taken with the "Cradle of Fun" model and I can't believe the free shipping
part. Think I may be asking for this for Xmas! Murphy should be really happy
with the cat tree you're getting for him!
