Default The Evil Hand

Hi folks!

I stopped in at CVS yesterday to check out the after-Halloween sales on
candy and stuff. Amongst the icky candy and broken halloween makeup, I found
THE EVIL HAND. It's a toy hand, about the size of a large man's hand with a
wrist covered by a cut-off sleeve. It's made of hard plastic and "crawls" on
the floor by moving it's jointed fingers (either by pushing a button or by
motion sensor).

I brought it home and immediately started scaring The Moose with it ("THE
EVIL HAND WILL GET YOU".. "BOOF BOOF!"). Then I brought it in to show
Patrick. He was about to run off when I stuck one of the fingers in his ear
(gently) and turned it on. Ooohh boyyyy he loooveedd it. LOL.

Then I brought it and put it on the floor in front of The Mooginator. He
took a cautious step back, gave it a couple warning swats then *pounced* on
it and proceeded to kill it. He rolled over on his back and I set it on his
tummy and he hugged it and kicked it. I can now play TEH with him without
bleeding!

I now have it setting on the floor set to motion sensor so if a furr-butt
walks by it, it gives 'em a good scare. Moogie right this moment is chewing
on my fingers as they type so I'm going to go find the evil hand for him.
I'll keep the camera handy for good pics of it and send 'em when I can.

(snip various cat reactions)

That's too funny! Persia would either run from it or try to kill it. I can
relate to the kicking of the back legs (scratches!)

I saw one of those on TV the other day. Seems like an excellent cat toy.

Bless their little cat hearts, I bet they're having tons of fun playing with
*that* prey!
