Default ****ATIELS SICK

I have a ****atiel; and a bunny and they like to play with eachother
andeat with eack other..... and my bunny likes green plants outside so
I got some for her and my ****atiel ate some of it to and now he is
bobbing his head up and down then shaking his head. When he does that
he shakes away some sort of yellow or green puss and he is tring to
keep his eyes closed most of the time. I think he may have eaten
something that I gave him that made him sick. Does anyone have any
suggestions or experiance with this type of sickness and if so do you
know how to heal it?!!!!!!!!

Vet, pronto! Nobody here is qualified to tell you for sure and you don't
want to risk your bird's life on usenet advice anyway.

Sounds serious - best to get him to a vet ASAP.

You have to be very careful of what he eats as far as plants! Get him
to a Vet now!

Even if he looks like he's getting better, birds (like most domesticated
animals) will try to hide their illness so as not to appear weak to
predators.

Vet pronto is right. Hopefully you will not even have the chance to read
this until you get back from the vet.

Good luck.

Too late, you already gave advise to get to the vet. That's what the poster
was looking for.
