run when you go to the vet. Then maybe even an ultrasound if he feels
there's anything wrong with her belly.

........What meds was she on at the time you started the 3 biscuit routine?
Have you tried feeding her some canned food in the AM?

.......Hope it's nothing serious. Many dogs will throw up bile when eating
only once a day. The problem is usually solved when they get a snack. If
you're home during the day maybe you could give her a snack at noon and she
won't eat as much at night, then she'll be hungry for breakfast.
