Dogs Sinus infection/puss lump

Vet sent biopsy to Pathology and cultured it. She told me today there
is now osteomyllitus of the bone. 5-6 weeks ago the bone was clear.
This is fast moving whatever it is. Still could be infection or
Cancer. I cant see it being infection when she has been on TWO
antibiotics and now on third one....and the lump got bigger.....Will
know soon....
