HOWEDY People,

Most animals don't fight or kill because it's entertaining.
People do. But that's different. Dumb animals don't usually
inflict pain on or kill others unless it is in the line of
duty. When violence occurs, they are usually in the act of
trying to eat, protect, or defend.

With exception of eating, animals do not hurt
other animals unless they are AFRAID.

Why do dog trainers hurt dogs they are training?

BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID.

They are afraid of the dog's behavior.

They are afraid to be made to look like an
incompetent fool for not being able to control
the dog.

And they are afraid of failure.
