I don't think it's a lame site. At least the person(s) takes the time

Pups for sale - cheep!

It's a lame site, despite (or perhaps because of) the
annoyingly aggressive marketing. All she's been able to
haul in is backyard breeders and my-puppy-is-so-cute posts.
