Has your vet ruled out vestibular disease? Googling for 'canine vestibular'
gives all sorts of info regarding this problem which can be caused by severe
ear infections. It is also prevalent in older dogs as well. Here is one link I
found, there is a lot of info on this. TLC seems to be the rule-of -thumb if
that is the problem after ear infection has been ruled out.
