For those following the story of Mandy the stray that was found who had
heartworm, we've updated her page (blog/journal) to include how she's
reacting to the latest treatment. We have received a couple of donations
since her last update, and wish to thank those who have contributed to her
recovery and treatment. Note too, the spring blossom 8x10 print (titled
"Mandy's Blossoms") is still available for certain donations, and we have a
page about that too now, on her page. Link below.

It's spring time, and mosquito season. If your dog has not been on their
monthly heartworm preventative pill, you need to take them to your
veterinarian and have them tested, and put on the pill if they come up
"negative". If they are positive, your vet will go over treatment options
with you at that time.
