I have discovered cavycages.com so I am building one of those, but I saw
something else on another page I was curious about.
It was a stackable cages, that looked a lot like a shelf of drawers. I
thought if anyone had a few of those, maybe they could help out a rescue
shelter. Whenever the cavies 'time is up' in the shelter, it could be
moved to the "volenteers" place. In my case, I would have to drive
3-4 hours to get to a pig shelter. So If I opened up my own, it would
be the only one for miles around!
But another thought about that is, those shelf-cages look small. I don't
know if it would be very nice to keep one in there for long. And I know
I could not run a shelter, because the first time someone came to me
wanting one, and they looked like people who probably wouldn't care for
it, I wouldn't give them one.

I could always tell them to bring it back to me if they don't like it.
