all went well last night. dipper acted right at home. she is eating hay
and drinking water which tells me she is not in the least stressed out by
her new surroundings.

thumper is still trying to figure out who this new bunny girl is. he sat by
the side of her cage all evening and was there when i awoke this morning.
there are a few little poops around the perimeter of her cage but nothing
compared to what he did when morgan first came here.

i will try a bathtub date as soon as i feel they are able to handle it.
i'll keep you all posted.

Awe how nice - I am glad that Dipper has found a good home with you Mickey. I
hope the Love Boat sets sail soon for her and Thumper. "The Love Boat soon
will be making another run...."

Just curious though Mickey - do you think Morgan is going to be jealous? The
"i don't want him, but you can't have him either" syndrome.

lisa, so far morgan doesn't even know there is another girl in the house.
since morgan is upstairs in my room only, she has no clue that dipper has
already been in my daughter's room or that she is in the living room.

i may try to bond her at some point with dipper but i won't try to bond all
three at the same time. i want dipper to be comfy in her environment first.

you have to start to ration the poops as
more does start appearing.

Glad that dipper is adjusting quickly and
not stressed out.

I'm so happy things worked out this well for Dipper :-) Sandra must be so
relieved to know what a great home her girl has moved to. If I ever had to
give up my buns, I couldn't think of anyone better to look after them than a
fellow apr'er.

Can't wait to hear more about Dipper in her new surroundings - and what
Thumper makes of her when they finally meet!

Hi Mickey and fellow apr's...

I just got back from a long trip on the Appalachian trail....so glad
to hear about Dipper. It's so strange not having her around...I miss
her to pieces. I'll try making a trip over soon...however I work such
a random schedule that it's hard to make plans. So I was picturing
how Dipper must be getting along...she is such a good bunny. Julie
was saying that Dipper didn't pee on her bed...Dipper never peed out
of her litter box the whole time I had her. So that doesn't surprise
me. Also Dipper was something like and army brat...or college brat in
this case....she adjusted to many different places Mike's house (2
different rooms), my aunt's ba*****t, my college dorm, my camp job,
and various outside places...she is a pro at adapting to new
situations. So that might explain why she didn't skip a beat her
daily ways. I'm so glad to hear that things are going well. Thanks
so much again Mickey (and Julie)...you're both a star! Did you get
her to give you a kiss? Ask for one by saying "can I have a kiss"
after you pet her a lot...it works. Does she come flying out for her
pineapple treats? Well I send my love to her and healing vibes to any
sick bunnies. Hope all is well with everyone else.

Aww, Sandra, it's sad that you miss Dipper and have to be away from her.

You were a good (wonderful) mom to her, and she was a good bun to you.

It's so great that Mickey adopted her, and you can still see her when
your sechedule permits.
