Does an affinity to hamsters usually indicate a fondness for all
rodents? Are there any valid or fake generalizations to be made about
hamster-people as contrasted to dog-people or cat-people?

Greetings;

That's an interesting thought. Do you think that maybe it's the small size
of hamsters that makes them appealing?

Sincerely,

I'm a hamster-lover and yes in fact I do love rodents. They are my favorite
Order of beasts. I like squirrels, capybaras, hamsters, rats, mice... all
of 'em.

I think it's their cute faces and fur and feisty nature. They are neat
animals.

My sentiments exactly--- but never kiss a porcupine. You must be
strong and control your urges.
