I am looking to find a class, library for PHP5 that can read OpenOffice Calc
(ODS) format current to OO V3.1, allows the cells to worked with as an
array, and preferably the ability to output CS or use the php functions to
output CSV.

I've seen several but most are way outdated and don't appear to be worked on
or kept up to date.

I've seen:

This looked the most promising, but relys on JExcelAPI
