Bug description: Wrong Time conersion from firebird DB.

Please open bug 34037 (http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=34037). It isn't
some bogus bug, it is the real bug. I have the same problem in my PHP
instalation (PHP 4.4.0, Apache 1.3, FB1.5.2, LINUX). I think it is problem
of interbase.c. See
