I wouldn't think there would be one system for both hotels and
apartments. They seem to be two quite different needs (one long term,
one short term).

But either way, I haven't seen anything on the free market. Last time I
needed something like this (for conference rooms, etc.), I just wrote
it. It was faster than trying to find and modify something else.
