include issues in remote file access

Hi,

Im using linux machine in that i want to include the remote php
page(from window server)
But it's not working.May be think of security problem but the same
thing working in windowserver( i mean from window to linux machine).Can
anybody help me to fix the issues from linux to window machine?.Please
let me know soon...
