Default mirrors using php 4 vs php 5

Hello all!

I'm wondering if we should modify the following mirror guidelines:

http://php.net/mirroring.php

To strongly suggest using PHP 5 instead of saying "The PHP website
requires PHP 4.3.x..." as done currently. As it stands today, about
24% of the mirrors use PHP 5.

Ideally all mirrors would have PHP 5 with simplexml enabled (for
faster livedocs) but likely that won't happen for awhile. However,
suggesting PHP 5 instead of 4 would be a good start.

Regards,
Philip

absolutely agreeded!

Well, we must be sure of all livedocs necessary/recommended extensions
before suggesting to enable a specific feature. At least livedocs' cvs
version doesn't use simplexml (although I know yours does). But it isn't
guaranteed it won't be deployed using xmlreader, for example.
