after being there for so many years?

Hello Berber,

We are re-evaluating the links page at php.net because it's become
unmaintainable. Expect further changes and likely a complete overhaul
and removal of many areas, including the "Scripts and Programs"
section. This particular site was removed mainly due to the outdated
content.
