Replacing_High_Ascii_â„¢_character_with_®

Some bad boy has pasted â„¢ all over a clients web instead of using the
proper HTML code. Is there a way with PHP I can clean this up? As it
turns out the client is going from â„¢ -> ® so a good time to do
it!
