Hi,

I've tried the site and I can reach it from here.
(At least within sweden)
We don't have any routing problems that I can see either. (I would see that on our traffic graphs)
Also checked the server logs and there's a bunch of hits on the site last 24 hours..

Any idea what could be wrong?

Looks like this was just a temporary problem (probably even our fault).
There is nothing wrong with se2.php.net and it is listed as an active mirror.
