1. Why is this mail related to the one you replied to? If it is not, why
did you reply to that?

2. Our mirror checker bot runs on master.php.net, for which the PHP.net
system admins (systems@php.net) have access. For some reason, your
mirror is not possible to access for our bot since 2006/09/17 23:05:04
GMT. Did something happen at that time at your end?
