Oh, and 'Tokyo' Rush was 4-F because of a puss-filled, hair covered cyst
on his lower back. Due to poor hygiene. I'm pretty sure he was a
lard-butt back then so probably was too obese to be drafted as well. So,
yeah, you're right. It really wasn't his fault.

There are people who are 4-F for reasons beyond their control. Then
there are folks like Rush who are 4-F for failures of personal
responsibility. There's nothing that kept 'Tokyo' Rush out of the
military he couldn't have taken care of had he so desired.

But people like Rush who are so shrill about patriotism and war rarely
have the stomach for it.
