migrants from other Communist countries, if they will take their migrants back.

George Bush Jr. talks about the horrors of Affirmative Action at schools like
the University of Michigan and ending special programs for groups. He continues
to blatantly tell Americans that he will NOT end the over 40 year old policies
of the CUBAN ADJUSTMENT ACT, the Wet Foot/Dry Foot policy, if Cubans touch U.S.
territory and can stay, while deporting other Carribbean nation migrants,
especially Black Haitians and Dominicans by boat smugglers in Florida.

GEORGE BUSH JR. must end the near yearly 10 Million U.S. Taxpayer Dollars Fed
pork "Special Ethnic Group" Jobs program of TV MARTI, where Newscasts now
reveal the CUBAN AMERICAN lobbyist groups in the USA has bilked the taxpayers
for years with a FEDERAL media program of TV Freedom show transmissions, that
the CUBAN GOVERNMENT blocks with their backward telecommunications technology.
In short, U.S. taxpayers are funding TV broadcasts to NOWHERE, except the GOP
manipulated CUBAN Exile program beneficiaries and management.

END SPECIAL POLITICAL RIGHTS FOR CUBANS ENTERING THE USA ILLEGALLY. MAKE THE
USA COAST GUARD ACTUALLY capture Cuban migrants at sea and return them to CUBA.
End their reaching the Florida Keys and claiming they are special freedom
refugee when the INS continues to deport other refugess from Communist Country.
This ending of a stalemate is one political act that will make migrants and
Government in countries like MEXICO realize INS reform favors no group, even
CUBANS.

The Last Long Shot, is for President George Bush Jr. to realize, while he has
the current administration and military support of the U.S. population, to
create REGIME CHANGE IN CUBA, ending the 40 year Cold War in The Americas, that
can be one of the few political historical legacies to President Bush Jr. that
all previous administrations have failed at for their own political
conveniences.

WHEN ELIAN GONZALES, the Cuban child became a media sensation for his
deportation, the GOP never fully understood how huge sections of the Mexican
American communities supported his deportation, as a testament of NO SPECIAL
INS RIGHTS for anyone. The current GOP still has to make the connection that
two seperate policies for refuge for Cubans and all other ECONOMIC REFUGEES
will continue to create a particular, Non-Cuban Latino mass exodus to voter
registration to the Republican Party, instead of the Democrat Party.

The US Federal Government has NO business trying to Change,,Influence
change,, or Eliminate any foreign government or ruler that has come
under an American perception that said government "Needs" intervention
on the part of, or by the US Government. This is what is known as
Meddling into the internal affairs.

This country has No God Given right to Meddle Freely into the internal
affairs of all nations. And the sooner we learn this, the better off we
will be. If there could be a single word that could describe our Foreign
policy to the world at large over the past 50 years, that one word would
accurately be "Meddling".

A question could legitimately arise as to whether the foreseen
activities of a foreign power pose a genuine Military threat to the

It happens that there are avenues in which such concerns can, and
Should be addressed, And underuse of the United Nations as a forum for
the US to address concerns is one of our major diplomatic shortcomngs.

We only go there when we Demand that "Things be Done Our way" or not at
all, cooperatively. We are going to Pay Dearly for this attitude.

Especially since the Cold War has ended at least 15 years ago,
