"Fears are growing that Iraq may turn into another Vietnam"

It's not going the way of Vietnam, it's going the way of Palestine. A
government and a army the people did not vote for, that control their
country and that the people hate. We will see protests like we have seen
from the Shiite majority recently, we will see uprising and "terrorist"
attacks.... yup she's gonna be one hell of a place to run in a few years if
the Yanks don't get out real ****ing soon.

Iraq is nothing like Vietnam. Vietnam was the war JFK started. LBJ
mades sure the Vietnam kept going on and on.

Iraq sounds more like Afghanistan (in the 1980's), with the USSR being
played by the U.S. and the Mujahadeen being played by the Iraqis. Now,
who plays the Americans in all of this?
