The story was pulled because it plagiarized. 33) On October 10, 2002, spaz claimed that the 3rd US District Court was going to reverse the New Jersey SC decision. There was no cite, and a thorough search of news sources found no reference. Update May 25, 2003: Still no cite and a search of the court docket lists no case. 34) Claimed that SCOTUS decisions could be overrode by Congress. The laws can be changed to be legal, but decisions cannot be overridden. 35) Claimed there was no link between Thomas White and Enron. White was an Enron executive for 11 years. 36) Claimed that DNA can withstand temperatures up to 1500 degrees without breaking down.
