Identifying spy agency from equipment found

It looks much like an old fashon tie mike transmitter these were very easyly
converted to phone taps with the only downfall being there battery life. On
the top would be antenna and mic connection i think one of the connections
was a mono 2.5mm connection. These used to transmit around 48mhz?
