Why does Bush & co. insist on nominating corrupt s***bags to the court?

So that when November 2004 approaches, they can try to snow with little
effort a dead-from-the-neck-up voting majority that the political
opposition would not allow them to install corrupt s***bags into government positions.

Because they have no intention of upholding the Constitution of the United
States of America.

Exactly. These are people who would base decisions on their own personal
views, instead of the US Constitution. Their records also show them to be
far, far to the right of what mainstream Americans believe in. So it is
about their personal views, because they are not they type to make unbiased
decisions.

Bush promised when he won the court decision over Gore that he would govern
from the middle. He lied. Furthermore, he uses "Fast Track" as an excuse to
force a vote without debate. Senator Hatch, during the Clifton
administration, demanded that for each nominee there be a blue slip returned
from that state's senators before the nominee came to the floor. Now he
brings them to the floor before that has a chance to happen. Clearly Senator
Hatch and the rest of the Republicans have a double standard when it comes
to judicial nominees.

They think they can use fast track and control of the Senate to foresee the
appointments of judges who everyone knows will make all their decisions in
favor of the Republican party. Thankfully, they don't have the 60% it takes
to take over the courts.

NO Judge allows their personal views to detract from them performing their duties.

A judge is a person who is a professional. The LAW comes before
personal views.

In any event, why not allow those nominated to come up for a FULL vote? Hmmm??

He's been more tolerant of the left than they deserve. He's tried to
be fair, but for a lib, "fair" is "doing it all our way".

Clearly, the Dem tactics violate the Constitution and when the day
comes, I hope you take your medicine as well as you dispense it.

No, they think that the nominees have a right to a full vote.

A supermajority was NEVER required for a nomination vote.

Like I said.....be ready for a dose of your own medicine.

The Democrat minority on the Senate Judiciary Committee is
determined to pack the Federal Judiciary with activist
liberal judges so that they can complete the revision
of the Constitution to conform with Marxist principles.

Most Americans are opposed to infanticide. It is only zealots on the
ideological left who support this barbaric practice.

Oh, you mean the SCOTUS that dope-smacked the activist SCOFL for being
the ONLY court to be in favor of ol' what's-his-name?

Ever hear the saying "payback is a bitch"?

Remember it well.
