"not quite so hopelessly mediocre" if you make sure the dumbest
IQ-75 sure_LOOZerz don't take the testz.

That is a totally stupid statement. How many yards can you
potentially gain if you only have a yard to go for a touchdown?

If the same amount of effort and resources went into "enhancing"
white student performance, as are currently devoted to DAFNz,
you would have 98-99 pct of whites passing. The present educational
strategy of wasting so many Dollarz_On_DAFNz, is the least
bang-for-the-buck approach. Futile egregious squanderation of taxes.

Whites are only at 77 percent. Nearly one in four can't pass
the test. I'd say there's substantial room for improvement. A 15%
increase would only be 92%. 8 yards still to go.

But, let's give your argument some merit. The cirriculum is
geared towards the average intelligence. Thus, at least half of the
students should pass on the first attempt. The fact they get 77%,
shows half the less than average can pass the test, and the other half
can't. So, very likely a precise standing for results.

But then the increase by blacks and latinos simply shows that
increased effort, can achieve dramatic results.......
