Senator Graham's argument for impeaching Bush proves Graham is
unworthy to be called a US Senator. Since Ted Kennedy makes a similar
argument. He is not worthy to be called a Senator either. Here's why:

1) Graham's/Kennedy's argument is that Bush might have mislead us on
going to war on Iraq. Well, no matter what Bush said or did not say in
any speech, Bush did commit troops to a war with Iraq! Congress did in
Joint Resolution 114, in October 2002, which "ordered" Bush to wage
war with Iraq if Saddam did not disarm. Hence, if anyone mislead
anyone, it was the majority of Congress who voted for Resolution 114.

2) Neither Bush or Congress are intelligence organizations
disseminating information. Rather, they are recipients of such
information from the NSA, CIA, DIA, etc. So, if there was a source for
any misleading the country, it would be these latter organizations.

3) Congressional intelligence committees voted for war after hearing
all the intelligence and forwarded to the entire Congress Resolution
114 which also voted in a veto-proof majority for war with Iraq. So if
there is anyone to impeach it is all of the Democrats and Republicans
on the House and Senate intelligence committees who recommended
Congress vote for war.

Also, contrary to some beliefs, Joint Resolution 114 was a declaration
of war. Even if it was not called that, it had all the elements
required for a declaration of war:

1) It was a Congressional "act" as required by the Constitution; the
president did not act unilaterally
2) It authorized the president to use military force
3) It stated which country was to be attacked
4) It stated the reasons (9 of them) for why military force was to be
used

In otherwords, the resolution "declared" Congress wanted Iraq attacked
with US armed forces. That makes it a declaration of war, whether it
is called that or not.

The very fact that Graham and Kennedy are behaving the way they are
proves that they have IQs of zero, with respect to the way the
government works, or they actually do understand all of the above and
the ones deceiving Americans, not President Bush. In either case, they
are a disgrace to the title of Senator for being unqualified to serve
or for deceiving the USA.

The Senate should censure them both, or better yet, impeach them for
the crime of giving comfort to an enemy.

Actually, it shows that they are both after the top job and election
year is drawing near. They're playing to their liberal base for funds
and primary votes. I think everyone should ignore their politicizing
every chance they can get. They'll take it all back soon enough. And
this is one of the main reasons why people hate politicians.

be in the audience when they are both full-face custard-pied, and
everyone laughs and laughs and laughs.

My gosh - that kind of callous attitude towards the men and women working to
make Iraq a better place and the region more stable is one that I can never
understand. It sickens me that liberals would laugh when Americans die.
You cannot claim to love this country and be so devoid of simple principles
of decency and compassion. I do not call liberals unpatriotic or
un-American because they disagree with the war, but because they laugh when
Americans die. You are s***.
