wget 1.8.2 binary

This version of wget compiles out-of-the-box. The binary is in my
collection at christtrek.dyndns.org:8000/doc/aux/bin for your
downloading pleasure. A nice feature of this version over the 1.6
that was available previously is the single-line download status
indicator--no more scrolling.

Awesome: thanks Tim! I just got my Quadra out of storage after moving
cross-country, so I will have to grab the binary and add it to my A/UX
machine.
