Default Any tools for reference-tracking between Class Libraries?

Hi,
with my developer's team I'm building a repository of several class
libraries for the business applications of a big company. We are working with
Visual Studio .NET 2003, Framework 1.1 and C#. Our trouble is to find a way
to track the relations between the Business applications we'll develope ( web
services, serviced components... ) and the referenced assemblies of our
repository. So if we'll modify one repository's base class we can track also
the applications to rebuild. Is there any tool or plug-in for this intent??
Thanks in advance
