Default Single file mode vs. the d2c man page

In the d2c man page it says:

"It would be nice to support compilation of single-file Dylan
programs..."

Isn't that what "single file mode" is? Can this comment be removed from
the man page? Do we need to add some description of single-file mode?

NOTE: The link between comp.lang.dylan and info-dylan is broken. Please
reply to Usenet.
