Description: Design, development of extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for the SIEBEL initiatives in an Oracle/Unix environment using PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripts and AutoSys (scheduling tool). Responsible for post implementation production support of SIEBEL bi-directional interfaces, including troubleshooting and correcting production issues.

SQL and/or PL/SQL development skills.
Oracle 8i or higher running in an HP/Unix environment.
Experience with Windows NT/2000 required.
Experience with XML, Java Script, IBM MQ Series & MS VB/.Net
Experience with Unix./Kernell shell scripts.
Understanding of ERP and/or CRM concepts.
Experience with interface design and architecture.
Four to six years experience with increasing responsibility in IT development environment using SDLC methodology including data conversion techniques.

Bachelor degree required
Effective communication skills, with both technical and non-technical resources.
Strong back-end development and strong tech skills in ORACLE, PL/SQL, XML, HTML, Java Script. Ok if weak in Siebel but have to be strong in above mentioned skills. They are willing to train in Siebel.

Ability to work effectively with clients in providing solutions to technical problems, and determining technology solutions with the SIEBEL team.
Ability to work independently or with minimal direction to determine, identify problems; solutions and a work approach to meet objectives.
Ability to enlist and partner with resources within and outside the department to ensure successful execution of design & implementation tasks.
Demonstrated collaborative and consultative abilities
Demonstrated problem solving, prioritization and analytical skills
