Default dir listing fully qualified bare and SORTED BY DATE?

Hello - running dos under Windows 2000.

I'd like to produce a fully qualified dos directory listing across
directories (bare filenames no dates or sizes) sorted by date.

I've tried the following, but notice it's sorting by filename/dirname
and not date

dir *.* /o-d /s/b

How can this be done?

Perhaps I need to write out dates too and then manually sort by date?
If so, how do I write out fully qualified file names with dates?

Thanks in advance for any information or help with this!

Not real DOS, then.

You have probably found that dir /s /0-d sorts only within
directories.

HUNT *.* s p q e | sort /r | COLS 58- ` 22+12

gives lines like

GRAPHICS\AREARULE.GIF
OLD\ASTRO.OK0
.\ALARM.HTM
ALONGD~1\ALONG-~1.TEX

Short file names only. HUNT, COLS are via sig line 3.
