adding new device
Hi All,
When we need to add a device we do it thru Cache Configuration Manager [ Advanced -> Device -> Devices -> Add ]. in the documentation I found that this actually adds a record in ^%IS global of %SYS namespace. I tried adding a device directly to the ^%IS global and tried opening / using the same but failed. Can you pls help me in setting up a device directly thru the prompt without using configuration manager. thanks and regards |
