I was wondering if there any 3 party products that will do automated scheduling
for mySQL server?

In the Linux/Unix world there is - cron
In the Microsoft world there is - Task Scheduler

One of these is already installed on the os hosting your MySQL.

Any particular reason why you wouldn't want to use one of these free
utilities?
