Hello,

I am trying to install MySql on Windows 2000.

I just downloaded mysql-4.0.15-win.

When I try to execute the SETUP program I obtain an error:
"The parameter is incorrect"

When I run SETUP.EXE from the command line I obtain:
"The system cannot execute the specified program"

I have downloaded mysql-4.0.15-win from another mirror. Same error.
I have downloaded mysql-3.23.58-win. Same error.

Something wrong there is in your environment, then download
the package option without installer which is a zipped stuff.
