Hello

I found information on the net about gardens point oberon-2 compiler
which available for different platforms, including linux, and contain
oakwood libraries.

Is it possible to find it nowadays?

Gardens Point Oberon translates for the JVM which is probably not what you want.

There's an OS/2 version still available. Even if it is of no use to you, the
do***entation may help you decide whether it is worth you looking for the
other versions:

You can download it (oberon.ps.zip) from the OS/2 Modula-2 site:

You are probably thinking of Gardens Point Component Pascal (i.e. Oberon-2
with extensions) - which targets Microsoft .NET as well as JVM.

The Oberon-2 compilers were commercial native code compilers for Intel
i386/i486 (under SVR4, Linux, DJGPP(ie:MSDOS), Windows-NT and OS/2), Sun
SPARC under Solaris, MIPS R3000 under Ultrix, and Digital's Alpha-AXP under
OSF/1.
