That one works out of the box.

Just unzip it to C:\mysql
Run
c:\mysql\bin\mysqld-nt --install
from the command line to install the Service so that MySQL starts as soon as
Windows Restarts.

Or if you don't want mySQL to start automattically, don't install the
service. And start MySQL manually using:
c:\mysql\bin\mysqld-nt.exe
You may run mysqld.exe, mysqld-nt.exe, mysqld-opt.exe, ... READ about those
binaries to know the right one to use.
